Fax via SMTP - replace + by international dialling code
Dear all,
We would like to change the standard format of our FAX via SMTP - the standard format looks like:
FAX=+<canonicalfaxnumber>@domain
This results in FAX=+32xxx@domain
We would like FAX=0032xx@domain where 0032 is the international dialling code for Belgium.
Is this possible?

J2EE engine doesn't start - framework package jvmx.jar is not found

I have a problem with the J2EE engine of Solution Manager 4.0 (Nw04s on linux-64bit), after an SPS12 and kernel 102 upgrade the application doesn't start. We have notice that the framework package jvmx.jar is not found.

How to create a user in the local ume database when using write access to connected ldap
Hello,
I have to create a user in the local UME database of an SAP Portal where the userstore is also connected to a ldap source with write access.
Due to write access the ume always tries to create the user in the ldap directory, but I don't want this.
Is there any way to choose the destination of a newly created user?

After Installing NW 7.5 Process Orchestration, under default trace, the following message is displayed repeteadly.
Functional Unit Wizard for Process Orchestration was completed, Its look a lack of permission but still unclear what is the reason behind this error.
Any help would be highly appreciated

I cheched Queue information for this system by navigating to Goto-->Server name --> information -->Queue information

Error: Some of the archives defined in the stack configuration file were not found in the download directory.
Dear Experts,
Recently, we installed SAP Netweaver AS Java. During post installation step, we're struck with the error "Error: Some of the archives defined in the stack configuration file were not found in the download directory" using SUM (software update manager) tool (see attached screenshot).
Patch files mentioned in stack.xml are already copied to the required path directory /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in.
I don't understand, still what files are missing? I also checked in path \SUM\sdt\log\SUM\DEFINE-TARGET-SOURCE file, it says none of these files were found in the download directory.
Patch files copied to this directory are .SCA (in Zip format) and .SAR (kernel files). Do I have to extract them like SPAM process? Is the directory path required, similar to that of SPAM process?
Any ideas, please?

SAP Parameter rdisp/rfc_min_wait_dia_wp config
Hi All,
In our production system , we have installed DB+CI on one single host and all the application server's on another host.
Scenario:-
Whenever jobs are getting triggered from Application server , all the jobs are internally running on CI , and CI becomes unavailable.
Can anyone tell me how to avoid this situation , also i come to know about rdisp/rfc_min_wait_dia_wp parameter.
Please let me know what are all the other steps i need to perform in production to do tunning.

due to power failure both the AIX lpar servers down, we start both servers but while startsap command is executed its shows command not found.

Server not Prompting for Client Certificate
We have an SICF node (with HTTP Class Handler) setup and want to do the client authentication using certificates. The Login Procedure is C (Required with SSL Certificate). However, when we call the service the browser is not prompted for a certificate and we get a 403 error:
The termination occurred in system ESA with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden. This service requires a client certificate for the logon procedure.
We have parameter icm/HTTPS/verify_client set to 1

This seems to indicate that no certificate was sent but our understanding is the server must request it and the client (IE) will prompt the user. Also tried in FF and Chrome - no certificate prompt appears.

401 Unauthorized Error in Portal
Hi! We have problem in Portal system, we unable to access to it. Its not able to open the any link (Ex:http://hostname:port/nwa or any other.), any is terminated with this error:

The error message is displayed soon after opeining the URL, ex if we try opening the URL:http://hostname:port/nwa, the error message is displayed immediately after opeining the link in the browser, not reach the point of asking the password.
I cleared up the browser cache and restarted the SAP and the OS, but the error still exist.
