increase size of table HRPAD23 in DB2 issue

Dear Experts,

I am using EHP5 - DB2  ( Unix) database. In this server our Abapers while uploading the documents this error is getting.

sql error 55555 when accessing the table HRPAD23. I shared the ST22 scren shots also too.

Please help me regarding this issue.
