WSAENOBUFS: No buffer space available

Hi,

All of the sudden our PI 7.0 system (dual stack) started to report errors: WSAENOBUFS: No buffer space available.

This is the dev.trace on server0 and server1:

This error messages is written continously. SAP is green and running, but the J2EE part (runtime workbench) is unstable. In all the documentation I can find, the problem is characterized as Windows issue. One suggestion is to change the registry key, but I can't see why it is necessary because the system has been working perfectly fine until recently: WSAENOBUFS: 10055: No buffer space available - ABAP Development - SCN Wiki

Have anyone experienced this problem before?
